We have a Formidable Forms web-to-lead form on our website. When a form is submitted Zapier takes the form entry and creates a Lead record in Salesforce.

This is working well but we now want to allow website visitors the ability to upload up to 5 files on the form. After the lead record is created I want to attach these files to it. The part I'm struggling with here is that Zapier handles the files as links.

I currently have the lead record set up to take 1 file link in a custom URL field, but I need to scale this solution to be able to handle 5 files and I think I need to abandon the custom field and use files or attachments on the record. I know in Zapier there is an action to add files or attachments to a record in Salesforce, but as I mentioned the files are stored as links so I don’t think that will work.

Has anyone had success with this?

Thanks!
