How do I assign Mailchimp tags to subscribers when items are moved in monday.com?

Question

This is integration is intended to work with my company’s Monday CRM system. Applications are reviewed in one board and once approved, moved to another board.

I’d like a Mailchimp tag to be assigned to that subscriber when this move happens to trigger an email automation.

Based on my options in Zapier, I’ve tried “New Item in Board” but that didn’t work...looks like a new item has to be created in that board and not moved to that board. “Specific Column Value Changed in Board” could work, except nothing changes in this particular board.

Any advice is appreciated!
