How do I add new rows at the top of a spreadsheet using Google Sheets' Create Spreadsheet Row action?

I used Zapier to send data from Active Campaign to Google Sheets. The zaps ads a row below the last one used. Is there an option it can always be added on row 2 and send the current row 2 will be send to row 3 ect.?

Therefore the newest information will always be on top.
