Question

How do I add a "+1" to a 10-digit phone number for a Zap to add a new subscriber in Klaviyo?

This is very similar to the already answered question in this link: https://community.zapier.com/topic/show?tid=8089&fid=3. However, I don’t want to have to go through a GSheet. If I have to, can someone walk me through how?

My desired Zap: Every time a lead is created in Dubsado, it will convert into a new Subscriber in Klaviyo. (Then Klaviyo will be able to text them automatically about their inquiry form as they are a lead from a form.)

However, Klaviyo is requesting Zapier to add the +1 to the 10 digit phone number my client entered. Much like the other poster, that would be a weird, clunky UX issue for the client, so I’d rather not need them to add it. How can I best and as simple as possible achieve the desired affect of having a 1 automatically added to their phone number? I already tried just hadcoding a 1 before the number in the Zap and it doesn’t seem like that’s working.

Thank youi!

Hi @kb8641

Try this Zap action: Formatter > Numbers > Format Phone Number
