Hello!
I am trying to set up accurate renewal opportunities in HubSpot, and we often run into this:
- New deal closes -> identical renewal opportunity generated automatically
- Midway through the contract term, there is an upsell that is prorated to renew with the account's main contract
- Now, the renewal Oppty's value is inaccurate
The most favorable option would be adding the line items from the upsell to the existing renewal deal automatically using Zapier without overriding the current contract value but adding to it.
Does anyone have any experience in getting this to work?
I have tried to use ‘Find_Line_Item’ but am new to Zapier so not confident in my workflow.
