Question

How can I use Zapier to convert a form's URL to a document for ChatGPT to review?

I'm working on a form to collect articles. What I would like to do is have ChatGPT review the Word Doc for grammar and punctuation before our team receives it. The form is connected to Zapier with a webhook. The document appears as a URL and that is making it hard to convert to to an uploadable document for ChatGPT. Any suggestions on how to make that work?

Hi @krenzelman

The file url needs to be publicly accessible to be used in Zaps.

Is that true?

It is.  URL structure is something like company.com/files/filename.docx

@krenzelman

Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured to give us more context?
