Hi there, 

 

    I wanted to use Shopify’s B2B features such as create a company, add locations, assign catalogs based on a trigger in Hubspot but I don’t see any of those options/events? Is there not integration to Shopify’s B2B functionality or is it perhaps gated behind specific plans?

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the Shopify B2B actions are not yet supported at the moment. However, we do have an open feature request for this exact functionality.

I have added you as another interested member to the open feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

Additionally, you can probably use Webhooks by Zapier as a workaround for this workflow. Please note that Webhooks by Zapier is an advanced feature, so our support for it may be more limited. Not because we don't want to help, but because APIs can be so different and each request can be so unique. This makes it hard for us to know why the request may be receiving errors or not working as expected.

Just popping by here with a quick update to share that a Create Company action has been added to the Shopify app on Zapier! 🎉

There still aren’t any actions to create a location or assign a catalog but we’ll follow up here once those get added. In the meantime, happy Zapping! ⚡️
