How can I update "payment pending" status to "paid" in Shopify based on a spreadsheet checkmark?

I would like to update payment pending status to paid in Shopify by using a spreadsheet as a trigger with a column that gets a checkmark when an order is paid. The row has the order information uploaded by Shopify using a cash on delivery app.
