Hi am trying to figure out how I can set up auto replies zap/bot but it would have to appear as myself the user.

For example if some in my group chat sends a new message with specific key word like “Available Now” I want to reply with “YES” every time automatically in a chat group.

Try these Zap steps

  1. Trigger: MS Teams - New Chat Message
  2. Action: Filter
  3. Action: MS Teams - Send Chat Message

 

thank you do you know how i can set up from this screen when they reply specific phrase it will auto reply to it?

Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab.

yes I still need help I tried to set them up but they are not working properly, ​@JammerS are you able to help me walk through it? I feel I may be missing a step.

I just blocked out names in that group chat, my goal is for every time the key filter words above which are states (CA,CO,FL,etc) my zap reply message of (Me) gets triggered right away. 

 

Let me know your thoughts, thank you.

and actually if it helps only need to set it up when 1-2 specific team members in group chat send message that i need to reply to.
