How can I send specific HoneyBook inquiry form to Flodesk?

I’m trying to have a specific inquiry form be sent to a segment in Flo Desk. We currently have two inquiry forms, but I only want one to be sent to Flo Desk. Is there a way to choose which specific inquiry form I want sent from Honeybook to Flo Desk? 

I chose the New Inquiry as the trigger, but it’s pulling the information from both inquiry forms and I only want one. How can I chose which specific form gets sent?

Try adding a Filter as Step 2: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

That depends on the data returned from the HoneyBook Zap trigger you are trying to use.

Please provide screenshots to give us context.
