  • How can I send a WhatsApp group message with a photo when a technician uploads it to a Ragic sheet?

Good morning, I would like to create a Zap so that when one of our technicians posts a photo of the finished work inside a Ragic sheet, a message is sent to the whatsapp group of all the technicians where the photos of the finished work are posted. Do you think it is possible?

Only WhatsApp Notifications has a Zap app integration available, WhatsApp Messenger does not.

You can use WhatsApp Notifications in your Zaps to send yourself WhatsApp messages to your WhatsApp account. 

Messages are limited to prefilled templates for:

  • New Lead
  • New Message 
  • Payment Confirmation
  • New Order
  • Shipping Confirmation
  • Calendar Reminder
