How can I send a file to a Freshsales contact or deal?

i am able to create both contacts and deals using a parsed email that has an attachment

i get the url of the attachment but i cant find any field to send it to freshsales

Hi @SnoopLion, hope you’re doing well!

 

I had a look at the FreshSales Suite integration and it doesn’t look like adding files to contacts is supported yet. A feature request has been spun up for this and your email has been added to the request so we can let you know once this is supported.
