My organization recently hired a consultant to help us troubleshoot some automation between our CRM and Zapier. The consultant says they spent 6 hours working with ‘Ben’ at Zapier, but we don’t have a plan that allows for live chat, so I’m wondering if I can find out who they might have talked to and whether that actually happened? We have a billing dispute with the consultant and I’m trying to verify whether they connected with someone at Zapier and whether any progress was made.

I don’t believe there is a place to view your Zapier Support requests within the Zapier platform.

Troy is correct. Currently, it's not possible to view your Zapier Support tickets directly within your Zapier account. To keep track of your tickets, please check your email inbox, as that's where all the updates and communications will be sent. It might be helpful to search for emails from contact@zapier.com in both your spam and inbox folders.
