How can I paste or send Zapier a HTML text block for editing in ChatGPT?

I’m new to Zapier.   What I want to do is be able to submit a block of HTML5 code into Zapier somehow (paste into a form is fine -- for now).

I tried creating a Zap but not sure how to get this data in.  I tried this but it says there are no options.  I’m logged in.

Once the text is entered I will send to ChatGPT for modification.

Thanks for any tips!

Can you show a screenshot of the whole Zap that you’ve started?

If you’re entering the html into a form, then the form should be the trigger of the whole zap.

In the next step, the html should be available for you to use.

On the other hand, if you’ve already gotten that far and you’re still getting that message, then you should look to the right of the field you clicked on for 3 vertical dots. From there, click custom. Then the fields from the previous steps should be available.
