We want every time a task is set as “done” it send an whatsapp massage

Zapier doesn't have direct WhatsApp integration due to API restrictions, but you can use Twilio's WhatsApp API to automate messages. To set it up, choose a task management app as the trigger (for example, Trello or Asana) and set it to fire when a task is marked as "Done." Optionally, add a filter to ensure that only completed tasks trigger the automation. Then, use Twilio as the action app to send a WhatsApp message with dynamic task details. Test the setup before turning it on. Note that Twilio requires WhatsApp approval and may have associated costs.
