How can I make a jira to whatsapp integration?

Optionally, add a filter to ensure that only completed tasks trigger the automation. Then, use Twilio as the action app to send a WhatsApp message with dynamic task details. Test the setup before turning it on. Note that Twilio requires WhatsApp approval and may have associated costs.
