It might be a really starter question...but do you know how I can set up in my process to leave the gmail emails read after downloading the attachments?

Hi
There is no way to mark the email as “Read”. You can however create a new label in your Gmail and call it “Read” (or any other name you find suitable) then create a step in your zap (after the downloading attachments step) to Label it with Read.
