I have a team FUB account with my brokerage. I have Mailchimp integrated with Follow Up Boss, but everytime someone on our team creates a new contact, they automatically get added to my Mailchimp audience. I don’t want that. I tried created a Zap to filter only contacts who were assigned to me, but I guess Zapier doesn’t support those custom fields? Help please.

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode showing the field mappings.

Post screenshots showing the DATA OUT returned from FUB and clarify which data point you are trying to use in the Filter condition.


I created a filter to only allow contacts assigned to me through to Mailchimp. But Zapier doesn’t support that custom field. 
The email used to configure in this Zap was “evstafykaya10@gmail.com”, the same as shown below. The agent is Armando Solano, not me Nick Ayhan, but it still went through. 
The Zap didn’t work and this email assigned to someone else still went through.

Perhaps the data went thru to Mailchimp due to manually testing the Zap steps.

The Zap step 2 Filter conditions look to be configured correctly.

With the Zap ON, test live, then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
