I can get a zap to poll from my email, to a HubSpot contact however the information I need comes from a webform and all of the text is in the body of the email but is consistent.

First Name: data

Last Name: data

Email: data

etc etc how do I pull the pieces of data for the contact fields in the CRM?

Hey @Wayner,

Here is a helpful article about Email Parser in Zapier- https://zapier.com/blog/email-parser-guide/.

Reference some of the tips on how to parse from the article-

  • Make a new Email Parser mailbox
  • Send an email to the parser
  • Teach the parser how to read your email
  • Automatically forward emails to the parser
  • Put your parsed email data to work

After getting the required fields, you can dynamically map them into Hubspot action. Hope it helps!

Hi there @Wayner 👋

Did either of the guides shared by Sparsh and Troy help you to get the necessary contact data extracted from the emails?

Want to make sure you’re all set with this, so please keep us posted on your progress! 🙂
