I want Zapier to pull the TOTAL amount of sales I’ve received from a certain customer, and put that preferably in a Custom Field on the PD sidebar (but if not it can just be a Note). Anyone know if this is possible?

Yes, it should be possible.

 

You can try using this Zap action: QBO - Find Customer

See if that returns a data point that includes the desired field/value.

 

Otherwise, it may involve using the QBO API: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/qbo/docs/api/accounting/all-entities/customer#query-a-customer

Options:

 

To pull the total amount of sales received from a certain customer in QuickBooks Online (QBO) using the API, you can use the Reports API or the Query API.
