We are wanting to create a list of new clients in Klaviyo from our Timely appointment book.

Here’s how I see the Zap you have in mind:

  1. Trigger: Timely - Customer Trigger
  2. Action: Klaviyo - Add Subscriber

In the action I don’t have the add subsciber option

I’m so sorry for the confusion here.

I meant to suggest the “Create Profile” action in Klaviyo. Here’s a screenshot:

Thanks for that, but that brings all clients into the list, we are just wanting to bring in ‘New’ clients from Timely.

You can use a Filter as Zap step 2: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help
