How can I create a lead by extracting information from an email? (The email doesn't come directly from customers.)

Good morning,

I need help!
My leads arrive in my email, but not directly from clients. I'd like to extract the contact information from the email and create a person or a lead.

I've tried everything: connecting my Outlook, then Analyze and Return Data, and connecting to Pipedrive, but I can't.

Help link shows this screenshots that indicates how to map a variable from a previous Zap step by using the [+] button in a field.

Hi @SergioGaytan

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

@SergioGaytan

In the Zap Step 2, you need to remap the invalid variable from Zap step 1.

Do I place the body tag this way? I still get the same error.
