Hey,

I’m trying to create a workflow where, when a new canceled order comes through Recharge, a member is removed from the Skool community.

However, I couldn’t find any actions for removing a member from a community.

You may want to try reaching out to Skool Support for help with their app and to determine if there is a Skool API available to possibly use as a workaround.

In addition to reaching out to Skool’s support team as Troy suggested, I’d recommend getting in touch with Zapier’s Support team about this too. They’ll be able to submit a new feature request for a “remove member” type of action to be added. You can do that here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help. This will flag the need to Skool’s developers, let us gather votes from other customers interested in that functionality and notify everyone interested once it’s added.

Please do keep us updated on how you get on with Skool’s support team on this—I couldn’t find any public API documentation available so would love to know whether they’re able to open things up to allow this to be handled via a Webhooks by Zapier action in the meantime. 🤞
