How can I add the "Work Order is Updated" trigger event for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in Zapier?

The out-of-box Dynamics 365 App does not have the Trigger Event I need which is "Work Order is Updated". Work Order is an out-of-box entity in Dynamics 365 (not custom).
 

  1. According to the Help doc, I can request it - but where?
  2. Does the PREMIUM version of Zapier provide this trigger event?
  3. Can a non-Zapier developer add an event? I was not able to find documentation on this
  4. If neither are viable - I read that we could use a Webhook. Do you have any thoughts on this?
  5. Is there another app available for Dynamics 365?  I was unable to find any others to try.

End Goal:
When a Work Order is Updated to Complete in D365
Broadly will Create a New Contact (with the Contact's information)

The D365 App, Broadly App, and Broadly event are all OOB. It is just the 1 D365 event that is not there.

The “Work Order” trigger is not available on our feature request system. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team so that they can create a feature request on your behalf. You can reach our Support Team here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Unfortunately, no, if you’d like to learn more about our paid plan features. You can refer to our pricing page here: https://zapier.com/pricing

  1. Can a non-Zapier developer add an event? I was not able to find documentation on this
  2. If neither are viable - I read that we could use a Webhook. Do you have any thoughts on this?

You can use Webhooks by Zapier as a workaround if your desired trigger is not supported. 

​Just to be upfront, Webhooks by Zapier is considered an advanced feature, so our support for it may be more limited. Not because we don't want to help, but because APIs can be so different and each request can be so unique. If you’d like help setting up Webhooks by Zapier.
