How can I add tag to Kommo ?

I use “update contact” but there is no option to add tag. Is there any workaround ?

Hi there @shek,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help.

I have added you to the open feature request for the Update Contact action step to support adding tags. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

Hi @shek 

You may have to explore using the Kommo API to add a Tag: https://www.kommo.com/developers/content/api_v4/tags/

thanks for response. I have basic understanding using webhook.
I have tired to look through the docs here https://www.kommo.com/developers/content/api_v4/tags/
but dont really get it work. 

I know the URL endpoint and using POST but where I should insert the API key ? (it seems Kommo not working this way)
