HeyMarket and Microsoft Teams

Hello,

I am trying to create a zap that will connect messages between HeyMarket and MS Teams.

When I set up the first step from HeyMarket and test a trigger, I get the following error.

A chat contact could not be found: Unexpected token I in JSON at position 0

I have a premium account at HeyMarket.

I have plenty of contacts within our HeyMarket account.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

David

Hello,

Actually, turns out that MS Teams has an HeyMarket app (beta). I tried that and got it working, so for now, we’ll go with that option.

But thanks for all the help!

David

Hi @meDave

I'm going to flag this post for the Zapier Community Team. They should have more insight on this and can escalate to the support team if needed.

Sit tight, and someone will contact you soon.

Hi @meDave!

I checked some resources here and didn’t find anything about that particular error with Heymarket. Before I pass you over to our Support team, have you tried skipping that test, finishing up your action step(s) then turning the Zap on to see if it works when it’s live? Sometimes even when the trigger doesn’t test properly, you can still enable the Zap and have it run successfully.

Would you mind giving that a try, if you haven’t already?
