Help to create a specific zap

Help us have more info by elaborating about the apps you are trying to use in the Zap steps and the logic you are trying to configure.

Best to outline a specific example and include screenshots.

Hi Troy, I own a short term accommodation and I use Lodgify as my booking management system. From there I have added Zapier in order to be able receive a notification 1 day before a booked client checks-in. Unfortunately I have failed to create the appropriate task. Can you help me? Please see the screenshot attached.

There does not appear to be an available Zap trigger related to N time before a booking client checks in.

That means you will need to potentially log all the bookings and updates to those bookings, so you have current info, somewhere. (e.g. GSheets, Airtable, etc.)

Then you can run a Zap on a schedule via the Schedule trigger to check the log of bookings to see if there are bookings the next day.

That likely will involve a series of Zaps that work together to make sure the data is current and checked.
