HiTeam,

I'm trying to add leads from Bitrix24 to a Facebook Custom Audience using Zapier, but I'm facing some issues:

Mapping Required: I need to map Bitrix24 lead fields (e.g., Name, Email Work, Phone Work, Country, etc.) to Facebook Custom Audience fields, but I'm unable to do so.
Missing Action: The option "Add Leads to Custom Audience" is not appearing in the Action step when setting up Facebook Custom Audiences in Zapier.
Field Mapping Not Available: Since the correct action is not displaying, I can't map the necessary fields from Bitrix24 to Facebook.
Can you please guide me on how to resolve this? Do I need specific permissions or access settings in either Bitrix24, Facebook Business Manager, or Zapier?

Hi, You may need to accept the facebook terms as shown in the above screenshot. After that, trying refreshing or creating the zap again and see if the action appears.

The issue is related to mapping the fields, I’m getting all leads from Bitrix and i can send only email to custom audiences, but i need to send multiple fields to custom audiences csv file

Zapier’s native Facebook Custom Audiences integration only supports email addresses, but you can send multiple fields from Bitrix24 using Google Sheets. Set up a Zap that triggers when a new lead is added in Bitrix24 and creates a corresponding row in Google Sheets with the necessary data. After testing the Zap to ensure proper data transfer, you can manually export the sheet as a CSV file and upload it to Facebook Custom Audiences.
