Hi all, hopefully the screens will demonstrate the issue. everything was super smooth up to this stage. Whether all headers having a ‘1’ in front of them is creating the issue, I’m not sure. There seems no way to get rid of the numbering if this is the issue. I simply want each header to occupy its own field on the spreadsheet as it should do. Thanks

Hi @gandalftheking

Good question.

The 1 indicates the Zap step the variable relates to.

You need to put 1 Header per field, not all together in 1 field.

In the screenshot below notice the “Enter text or insert data” where each variable should be input.

Sorry, but I’ve done what you are suggesting as per the screen shot (see my screen shots). How exactly do I enter the data? I have also tried it manually using ; ; , with no success. Thanks

@gandalftheking

You need to enter 1 variable per line instead of all the variables in 1 field.

It would look more like this:
