I tried creating a zap which would add the pick update at time to the Google calendar It is only working if I update the google sheet manually, but doesn't work when the form is filled. Can you see what I did wrong?

From your screenshot, it looks like the date and time are not separated i.e “2/11/20215:00:00AM” I would put a space between those inputs 2/11/2021 5:00:00AM.
When you say it’s not working, Is it not adding an event at all or is the event showing up at the wrong date/time?

it doesn't add it. I tried once more but didn’t work.
