I’m looking to do something specific. I want to encourage my clients to message me through Trainerize instead of text. I have courses in go high level and when a client completes a module, I want to send an automatic message in Trainerize instead of an SMS through go high level. I know this is pretty specific but I think I can only make automations if the pipeline stage changes right?

Look into using native GHL Automations to trigger automations using Webhooks.

HighLevel doesn’t have any direct integration with Zapier. You can use the Webhook function for HighLevel to continue using it to  trigger your Zap. The guides that Troy mentioned are ideal to start your Zap using Webhook which is a premium application for Zapier.
