FreshDesk to PandaDoc

Hello,

 

We are trying to improve our workflow from FreshDesk to PandaDoc and it currently doesnt work exactly how we want it to however Zapier has given us the information needed to complete the workflow but not speficially how to do it.

 

Obviously a paid position.  I think it is kinda simple but I always think that.
