Freshdesk empty values

Hi,

I have a Zap with Freshdesk updates as a trigger that works fine during the tests but send empty data when is on. I’m sure the fields have data when I created and tested the zap but it doesn’t work.

Can anybody help me to understand what is wrong?

Hi @Aurelio Ribeiro 

Check your Zap Runs history details for the DATA OUT from the trigger step.

If those mapped data points are missing or have blank values that will explain why the sent email has blank values.

If so, you’ll need to perhaps map different data points for those values.

My updated ticket zap isn't triggering

The Updated Ticket trigger will only trigger if you update the status, priority, or type of ticket.
Adding tags and such does not trigger the zap.
Updating closed tickets also does not trigger the zap.
