Forwarding emails with Zapier for customer ticket management

Hey,

 

Am I able to use zapier to forward emails? I want to build something that whenever a ticket gets made by a customer that it gets forwarded to the right carrier (UPS for example) and then whenever UPS responds it the response sends to the customer again. That way I don’t have to manually copy and paste emails.

 

Am I able to build something like that using zapier?

You can automate email forwarding with Zapier by using an email parser like Zapier's Email Parser or Parseur to extract ticket details from customer emails. The parsed information can trigger a Zap to send a customized email to the carrier (for example, UPS) using Gmail, Outlook, or another email app. A second Zap can forward the carrier's response to the customer by triggering new emails from the carrier and sending them to the customer.
