Dear all,

I tried to set a zap to forward thta includes an attatchment to other email however I can’t find the options. I know that this should be solved directly in GMail, however corporate accounts ar limmited on this and that’s the reason I’m trying to use Zapier for this. Do you have a solution of this?

Many many thanks in advance for your help!

Help us have more context by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

I don’t find any option in zap that allows me to do this, I just want to automate the forwarding every time I receive an specific email with and attachment, the attachtment is the one contained in each mail.

I couldn’t set the zap because I can’t find the option

Hi @DanBran,

Welcome to the Community.

To forward an email with an attachment using Zapier, set up the Gmail "New Email" trigger to capture incoming emails, including attachments. Then, use the Gmail "Send Email" action to forward the email, including the subject, body, and attachment. Ensure the attachment is within Gmail's size and format limits and that your Gmail account has the necessary permissions for Zapier to handle emails and attachments. If your corporate Gmail account has restrictions, you may need to check with your IT team for assistance.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
