Question

For a suscription reminder, what do you recomend? one big zap or one zap for each day left?

Hello I’m making a subscription reminder system with zapier tables and gmail.

In the beginning I made 1 zap, test it, then copy that zap and change the number of days of the reminder, the issue now is when I want to update something I have to update each zap.

¿What do you recommend?

Continue with one zap for each reminder of days left

or

One big zap, in this case how you will do it.

I’m looking for ideas and tips, thanks in advanced.

You should set the dates on the Zapier Table records for the dates you want to send the reminders.

Then the Zap can run on a schedule each day to find records where reminder date = today.

Thus, no Delay steps needed in the Zaps.
