Follow up Boss to Neverbounce

To verify email addresses using NeverBounce and Follow Up Boss, set up a Zap using the following steps: trigger the Zap with a "New Contact" event in Follow Up Boss. Add a NeverBounce action to "Verify the Email Address." Depending on the verification result, add a note to the contact using the "Create Note" action or update the contact to remove or replace the invalid email. Include a Filter step to ensure actions only run for "invalid" NeverBounce results, streamlining your email verification process.

I can get the “New Contact” and adding the never bounce action.  I can’t figure out the create a note part and the filter b/c Neverbounce has 4 verifications.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I understood correctly, you’d like to trigger a Zap when a contact is created in Follow-Up Boss, verify their email in Neverbounce, and then either leave a note in Follow-Up Boss if it’s successful, or remove the email if unsuccessful. 

The step to Create or Update Contact in Follow-Up Boss will likely not have an option to remove the email address, but you can still configure the Zap to leave a note on the contact with the result. You could try this setup:

1. Follow-Up Boss: New Contact
2. Neverbounce: Verify Email Address
3. Follow-Up Boss: Create Note
