So, I'm trying to do something like:

The user receives an email of the type:

Discord:

The user replies to the email:

#Type your discord user below #

Discord: Myuser#0000

After that the mentioned discord user gets a specific discord tag, is this possible?

The first part of that wouldn't be super complicated, but it doesn’t appear that we have an action for Discord that allows you to add a tag:

The closest thing is Add Role (unless that’s what you meant...I’m not super familiar with Discord).
