Hi,

I’m trying to create Zendesk tickets based on Google Sheet rows, however I want to add in a filter. The filter should filter out users with existing open tickets.

Paths seems to be the way to go, however you can’t connect a new app in Paths, it needs to be in one of the previous steps as well. Is there a way around this?

You could use the Zendesk “Find or Create Ticket” Search Action in a Zap. Every time there is a new row in a google sheet, the Zap can automatically search for an existing Zendesk ticket about the same bug and then create/update that ticket with the latest activity.

See https://zapier.com/apps/zendesk/integrations.

This won’t help me. I want Zapier to do another task if it does find a ticket.

Hi @Jeffg - Have you considered Paths by Zapier? https://zapier.com/apps/paths/integrations#triggers-and-actions
