KanBan interface want to use Filter to show only records that are today and later. tried creating a Formula field and got it to say True or False but then the filter does not show that as a selectable field.

thanks for the reply but it doesn't help solve my issue. formula field doesnot show up in filter. zapier will only filter on static dates. any suggestions for getting this to not show old events in the KanBan?

@Jazzy3

If there are DateTime fields in the data, then you can use a Filter for that field.

Did you try using a View?

Views

You can select a table view to display a subset of data in your Table or Kanban component.

  1. From the Interfaces home, click the name of your interface.
  2. Click the page where your component is.
  3. Click your Table or Kanban component. A sidebar will open.
  4. In the sidebar, click the Data tab.
  5. Click the Table View dropdown menu and select the view to display.

need Kanban view. so no matter what, Formula field cannot be used for Filter? i cannot update another field (text or Date) using a formula field? is there any way to just not show old records based on Event Start Date in a KanBan view?

i added a checkbox then created a zap to run everyday at 12:01 AM. checked event date to make sure not empty and then used paths to check and uncheck the box based on current date. then filtered the KanBan on that field.
