Field not found in find new records test

Hello, I have a question, I want to integrate jotform to airtable but when I test Find new records it doesn't find some fields as in the picture I attached. So I want to know what's going on with this problem. and how to solve

Good question.

Make sure to test the Jotform then click the button to [Find New Records].

Make sure to test the Jotform then click the button to [Find New Records].

I've tried But it still didn't work, and tried submitting the data again to check. It didn't work either.
