Field issue with Google Sheets to Synthflow AI Zap

I am unable to get the variables from Google Sheets to work with Synthflow AI

Everything looks correct in the ZAP itself.

Synthflow AI states NAME and COMPANY instead of the corresponding date in the google sheets that is mapped and output correctly.

 

Help Please. I have been working on this for over one week and 600+ wasted calls on Synthflow AI not working. Help.
