My Zap between FB leads form and Google Sheet doesn't work although the test zap worked !

 

Any idea ?

Just wanted to follow up as @Benelka had reached out to our Support team who were able to identify the cause of the issue. Sharing the solution here in case it’s helpful to others. :)

After submitting a test lead in the Facebook Lead Ads Testing Tool a 103 - CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager error was appearing in the Track Status results section. This error can usually be fixed by resetting the Facebook Leads Access permissions.
