Facebook Lead Ads is quite a complex app when it comes to permission, and there are a lot of moving parts. I’d recommend checking out these troubleshooting docs (maybe this one in particular) and if that doesn’t get you sorted out, then our Support team would be best equipped to help you out with that.
I don’t mean to give you the runaround, but troubleshooting Facebook Lead Ads often requires screenshots and accessing Zaps, and that’s not something we do on the Community team (you don’t want your private screenshots being posted in the forum).
