Facebook Broadcast Channels

I would like to have my inbound email go directly to my Facebook business page’s broadcast channel. Is this possible?

Thank you for the additional information here!

It looks like Broadcast Channels are not supported at the moment. You can only send messages to a Facebook page at the moment. I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf.

Before we dig deeper into this, have you tried using the “Create Page Post” action in Facebook Pages and check if it’ll fit your desired workflow?

 “Create Page Post” was my first stop. I then looked in to the Messager area. Facebook’s broadcasts are considered a part of their messenger service, via a business page. There are no options using Zapier.

 

What I would like to go.:

 

I am getting inbound email sent to my page of emergency/fire rescue tones. This is looking great.

I would like to get them off my page and have them sent to a “Broadcast Channel” that I created just for them. This way the people that want the info can join the “Channel” and receive it via messenger.

Once I am able to do this my next project would be to send emergency updates from NOAA to my other channel using rss.
