Extracting text from email

We’ve recently started using Zapier to send broadcast emergency alert system emails to Twitter, but I’m fussing about with the formatting. I’d like to try to include the varying originator of the alert, which appears in the email between parentheses like so:

“An EAS Participant has issued a Required Weekly Test for all of Nebraska beginning at 2:00 pm and ending at 3:30 pm (NETRADIO) “

So far, my attempts at using ‘Find’ and variations on (*) haven’t worked. Is there a better/proper way to get that? Thanks!
