I’m trying to do the next steps:
I can’t get step 3, so the extracted text appears on a document on a link, but not directly in the body of the email.
Somebody can help me?

Could you show your configuration so we can see, it may help in determining what’s going wrong.
The response from PDF.co is that the text or a link to the file. Does the text exist in the response from them and how are you adding it to the email.
In this step I can’t find the text of the PDF and I can select it to send the email with it on the body

Looks like Zap step 2 did not actually parse any data.
For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how Zap step 2 is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
