I want to extract information from new emails that have invoice attachments, and add this information to tables or google sheets.
1 - I can find emails with attachments
2 - I can’t seem to map the attachment URL to Pdf.co Invoice parser - it can’t find the PDF URL
What do you do when there are multiple attachments? Is there an easier way to do this?

Did the New Attachment trigger (which would trigger the Zap individually for each attachment in an email) Troy suggested allow you to map attachments as needed?
