Hi all,

Does anyone know a way to use Zapier to check a European VAT number in VIES? https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatRequest.html

TaxJar’s Zapier integration has a “Validate a VAT Number” action step that validates with VIES

Thanks Andrew? I did see that, but we use Octopus which is not (yet) supported.

    Hey @Linda G just stepping in here! Do you know if Octopus has a public API? If so, you might want to reach out to their support team to ask if they would be interested in building a Zapier integration. This is the best place to send them to get started, if so: https://zapier.com/platform. Hope that helps and that they are able to add themselves to the platform so you can get to your desired outcome here!
