Error authenticating Magento 1.9 - Forbidden

Hi,

I'm trying to connect my magento 1.9 staging shop with zapier to get a connection with ActiveCampaign.

I already connect ActiveCampaign the right way, but I can't connect my Magento 1.9 staging with zapier.

I get the folowing error:

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: The app returned "Forbidden".

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
  3. Check out our help docs for more information

what is it that I do wrong? Can it be that it doesn’t connect because we have an Ip-bock on our staging? Or can it be something else?

Hi @TSM

Try authenticating the app in Zapier using a private browser.

Also make sure to reference the available help articles: https://zapier.com/apps/magento/help

Hi @Troy Tessalone

I tried it, but it doesn't work. When I selects the Magento store, I see that it is expired.

I think that I do something wrong, but don't know what.

@TSM

Probably best to open a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

@Paolo I still need to look at this. When I have any questions, I will reply here.

Hi @TSM

Thanks for coming back to us to let us know where you’re at with this issue. From your original posts, I’d suggest getting in touch with the Support Team so that they can take a closer look at your Zap with you. You can do that using the Get Help form.
