Does Zapier passes values entered in non-latin alphabets correctly?

I’ve seen SaaS like mailchimp and other passing values from Cyrillic alphabet to _+_)@# symbols/icons. Does Zapier passes values entered in non-latin alphabets correctly?

Hi @JavierMA

Sometimes that can depend on the apps being used in the Zap steps rather than Zapier itself.

Often the only way to know for sure is to configure and test a Zap.

Hi @JavierMA,

Welcome to the Community.

Zapier supports passing non-Latin characters, including Cyrillic, but the correct display depends on the destination app's capabilities. Some apps may not process these characters properly, leading to errors or placeholders. Contacting the app's support team can help identify solutions or workarounds if issues arise.

Feel free to ask if you have any other questions or need further assistance with Zapier.

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply! Yes, we are testing different solutions. If nothing works, we will probably go back to you.

Thanks. Good day!
