I’ve seen SaaS like mailchimp and other passing values from Cyrillic alphabet to _+_)@# symbols/icons. Does Zapier passes values entered in non-latin alphabets correctly?

Sometimes that can depend on the apps being used in the Zap steps rather than Zapier itself.

Often the only way to know for sure is to configure and test a Zap.

Zapier supports passing non-Latin characters, including Cyrillic, but the correct display depends on the destination app's capabilities.
